1. Nothing is posted
Every product on this store is a digital guide. There is no physical book, no parcel and no shipping address to enter. Nothing will arrive at your door.
2. How the guide reaches you
As soon as payment clears, an email is sent to the address you used at checkout with a download link for the PDF. In almost every case this happens within a minute or two. The link does not expire.
3. If it has not arrived
Give it ten minutes, then check your spam or promotions folder, which is where it ends up most often. If it is in neither, write to us and we will resend it. You never need to buy a second time because the first one went missing.
4. What you can open it with
The files are ordinary PDFs. Any phone, tablet or computer opens them without extra software. There is no app to install and no account to create.
5. Keeping the file
Download it and keep your own copy. The guide is yours; it is not streamed, it is not locked to a device, and it does not stop working.
6. Delivery costs
There are none, anywhere in the world. Digital delivery is included in the price shown, and no shipping charge is ever added at checkout.
7. Where we deliver
Everywhere. A digital file has no border, and prices are the same in every country, charged in US dollars.
